With years of experience, Dakota has continually pushed boundaries leading himself, his organizations, and his teams to success. He is the current Chief Professional Officer for the Boys & Girls Club of the Muskegon Lakeshore. He has developed a specialty in laying strong foundations for organizations to thrive on. He has led the startups of more than 4 Club sites and received Charters for two Clubs as Nationally Recognized Organizations. His leadership style is adventurous with a healthy dose of knowledge on how to make even the most crazy ideas happen. Statement of Purpose: My mission is to discover social needs and innovate traditional methods, to positively impact society. This will be achieved by positive influences, both in my life and to others, desire to give and joy of creating meaningful relationships. 

Commitment to Success: I recognize success is a process, not a destination. I will discover my dream and do what I can to; Know my purpose in life, grow to reach my maximum potential and sow seeds that benefit others.
